From the classroom to the boardroom, I carried those principles into business development and customer success at the enterprise level — where I led cross-functional teams, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and turned ambiguity into clarity. I’m a SCRUM Master and a trained Mental Health First Aid responder, because I believe effective leadership addresses the whole person.
